PERFECT YOUR FIGHT SKILLS:
Authentic Muay Thai training utilizing Thai pads, focus mitts, and heavy bags. Mixed level. Students will be partnered according to skill and experience. Sparring for qualified students at coach’s discretion.
TRICKS OF THE TRADE:
Learn the proper methods of “the Sweet Science” through attack and defense drills, bag work and circuit training. Olympic and professional boxing styles will be presented. Mixed level. Students will be partnered according to skill and experience. Sparring for qualified students at coach’s discretion.
Strength and Conditioning
POWER AND FLEXIBILITY:
This sport specific class is designed to prepare fighters for competition. Power, speed, strength, and conditioning, are improved through an optimal blend of weights, plyometrics, and agility drills. This course not only develops a fighter’s knockout power, but the ability to maintain maximum intensity through the final round.
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT:
An unstructured hour intended for practice and conditioning. Elite members may utilize the mat and associated bags for shadow boxing, jumping rope, drilling with partners, or solo bag work. Proper gym etiquette applies. Sparring is prohibited.
