KICKBOXING BOOT CAMP CLASSES
Kickboxing boot camp classes are dynamic, technique-driven workouts that focuses on kickboxing and boxing fundamentals to push your body to its limits. These classes combine real fighting combinations with intense cardio conditioning creating a unique and highly effective workout. Get in the best shape of your life while building a solid kickboxing foundation.
This fusion class offers all the benefits of the Kickboxing Boot Camp while incorporating the specialized footwork of Boxe Francaise and key components of Thai kickboxing. All skill and fitness levels are welcome. No experience necessary.

Part technical bag work, part conditioning circuit, this cardio-heavy class focuses on functional whole body movements that improve core strength, mobility, and kickboxing skill. All levels welcome.

Sharpen your boxing technique and learn the proper methods of "the Sweet Science" through attack and defense drills, circuit-training, bag work and conditioning exercises. Achieve an unparalleled, rigorous, full-body workout.
Please bring a large towel, gloves and wraps are provided for first-timers. Indoor-only boxing shoes highly recommended. No street shoes allowed.

Build stamina and strength, transform your body and transport your mind. This high energy music driven ride is technically sound and led by rock star coaches. Approximately 50mins in duration.
