"HIIT Like a Fighter" is a 45-minute circuit class employing these techniques, offering longer intervals than typical fitness classes for unparalleled results. Using an explosive mix of plyometrics, resistance bands, agility ladders, and light weights, this fast-paced training increases muscle tone, shreds fat, and turbocharges cardiovascular capability.
