What is Neuroboxing?

Neuroboxing is a non-contact boxing inspired fitness program designed specifically to combat the symptoms of Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders to help achieve the best quality of life possible. For more details email.

Neuroboxing Pasadena - August 1st

Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 11am

Why Boxing?

Forced intense exercise which pushes the participant through limited motion by achieving an exercise rate greater than they would achieve on their own may be neuroprotective. These techniques help to improve muscle rigidity, voice, balance, and coordination leading to more fluid muscle movement. Dual tasking, multi-directional movement and continually changing the routine may help improve mental focus and reaction time.

Together We Fight!

All ages and abilities are welcome. Clients range in age from 30s - 90s. The program is designed so that anyone at any level may participate. Care partners are encouraged to participate as well! The camaraderie and support experienced among members, care partners and coaches is beyond measure. Together we are fighting back against Parkinson's and other neurological disorders.
